Hello, I'm Megan. ​​After a decade working in fast-paced corporate media, navigating burnout, restructures and constant change, I experienced first-hand how pressure and pace can affect mental wellbeing and team performance.
 

I created Peace & Mind to support organisations in reducing stress, improving focus, and building happier, healthier, high-performing teams - through neuroscience-based workshops and immersive wellbeing experiences.

Peace & Mind's Approach 

​As opposed to 'tick-box' wellbeing day's, I have created a programme that engages and educates teams, creating lasting change and tangible results. My approach is simple; 

  • Strategic: grounded in behavioural science & coaching methodology, I design tailored programmes based on real team needs.

  • Evidence-based: focused on building lasting habits, not one-off moments and working with HR & Leadership teams to identify wellbeing challenges.

  • Measurable: using pre & post wellbeing surveys to demonstrate impact, track progress & highlight wellbeing shifts over time.
     

As an ICF Certified Coach, Yoga Teacher and Sound Practitioner, I also bring embodied, experiential tools into the workplace, helping employees not just learn wellbeing, but feel it.

Sound & Reiki Healing

A restorative approach to nervous system regulation, energy balance, and deep rest.

Sound and Reiki work on different layers of the same system - the human body, mind, and nervous system. Together, they support deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of clarity that often feels hard to access through thinking alone.

These sessions are not about “fixing” you.
They’re about creating the right conditions for your body to return to balance.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to support the nervous system and brain.

When the nervous system receives steady, soothing sound, it begins to downshift. Muscles soften. Breathing slows. Mental noise reduces.

Many people describe this as:

  • Feeling deeply relaxed yet aware

  • A quieting of racing thoughts

  • A sense of being “held” or grounded

Sound works without effort. You don’t need to analyse or understand it, your nervous system responds instinctively.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports the body’s natural capacity for balance and self-regulation.

In a Reiki session, light touch or hands placed just above the body encourage a state of deep safety and rest. When the body feels safe, it can begin to release held tension - physically, emotionally, and mentally.

People often experience:

  • A deep sense of calm or emotional release

  • Warmth, heaviness, or subtle movement in the body

  • Greater clarity or lightness afterwards

Reiki works quietly and subtly - meeting you exactly where you are.

  • Sound Healing - 1hr - £65

  • Reiki Healing - 1 hr - £65

  • Sound & Reiki - 1hr30 - £85

Treatments run on Friday's only.
